The invention of Ethel Cain

This is a hard one to call for realism. But who are we talking about - Anhedonia or Ethel, or the originator of both? It's also a reminder of how neuro-diverse the USA is today. So much is acted out within a conservative version of the American Dream, and something dark seems to lurk under the surface of this affected innocence.
