Trans In The World - Mandy In The Pearl River Delta - Ke Yuan

I love looking at these shots. Vincent Assante Di Cupillo is such a good photographer, careful and imaginative. Ke Yuan is a lovely old garden in the modern city of Dongguan. The day we were travelling there I was in the centre of Shenzhen, sitting on some steps, and I looked own and saw an ant. I thought about the photo-essays we were creating and wondered how it would turn out if we only looked at the world through details and small things. Vincent went with the idea in Ke Yuan and something about the whole photo-essay captures for me the intimate loveliness of being trans in an exquisite Chinese garden.
