I Call It Magic

touch There’s nothing in that book, our book, the “Poetics” book, called “Magic”, and I often wondered why, - because that’s what we can be, in our lives, magic, - but it’s all there under “Touch”. That’s the magic, when you’ve gone past the seeing, and the thinking and the wondering, and you touch and are touched, and then all that worrying about who you are, and who they think you are, disappears when you get a loving touch from someone. It wasn’t about passing, or fooling anyone, including yourself, it’s about believing, knowing – it’s what everybody is due. We give it we receive it, we become, loved. We find ourselves, And we have a special way with us – when it happens, I call it magic.
