"Finishing School" is the earliest of these. "Cross-Dress" came out in 2002 the year after I met Miss Vera in her Manhattan flat on my Round The World journey (see the travel dispatch in here under "Mandy") and mine is signed in a very complimentary way. The whole thing is, of course, a complexity.
